Delivery & Return Information
Most of our items are held in stock but some items are printed to order. This is normally done with 1-2 working days from order. If an item is printed to order this will be shown on the item details page.
UK Orders inc Jersey & Guernsay
Orders will then be sent by 1st class Royal Mail.
We aim to keep the shipping costs as low as possible. The cost is set into 2 price bands
Band 1 – Items that can be sent as a Royal Mail large letter. – £3.25
Band 2 – Items that need to be sent as a Royal Mail parcel due to their size. – £5.50
The shopping cart will automatically select the correct band. The cost will clearly be displayed before you enter any payment information.
All items are sent delivery tracked. All orders below 2kg are shipped by Royal Mail and should be delivered within 1 to 3 days. If an order is not delivered within that time, Royal Mail do not class the shipment as lost until 15 days.
International Orders
Currently we ship to Australia, New Zealand, USA & Canada. We do not ship to the EU.
The delivery cost is calculated on the size of the item(s) and shipped by Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed which is normally delivered within 7 to 10 working days.
You will be responsible for paying any import duties and taxes that may be due as these are not included in our prices.
Returns Information
If you wish to return any items, please contact us before sending.
We do not accept returns on customised items printed to your sizes / scale, or any custom decals.
We always recommend getting proof of postage when returning, if the items are valued at over £20, we recommend getting it signed for. All International returns MUST be labelled as “returns” if not, you will be required to pay any import duties and taxes that may be due.
Faulty Goods
Should an item received be faulty, please let us know and we will replace the item with a checked replacement or issue you with a refund. All returns must be notified within 14 days of receipt of the item. Please enclose a covering letter with the returns, your name and address and whether you would like an exchange or refund of the item. If you are requesting a refund, the refund will only be made to the payment method used when ordering. When we receive the returned goods we will credit your account with the cost of the goods, we will also refund you our standard delivery cost, we will not refund any additional / upgraded delivery cost such as Royal Mail special delivery costs.
The returned goods will be checked and if found to be faulty, return postage will be refunded up to a maximum of our standard delivery cost, if found to be OK the return will be at the customer’s expense.
Errors in Ordering
If you find that the item you have order is not what you require, you can send the items back to us for a refund. It is your responsibility to return the unwanted items to us at your own expense. They, however, must be in a resalable condition, i.e. the packaging must be fully intact and the item itself must have suffered no damage. You must notify us of this error within 14 days of receipt of the goods. You must also include a covering letter detailing the reason for the return along with your name and address. This does not affect the consumer’s cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

You have a 14 day period starting the day after taking delivery of the goods, to cancel your order. It is your responsibility to return the unwanted goods to us at your own expense. All refunds will be made within 30 days of the cancellation, however, should the goods not be received by us then a deduction will be made from the refund to cover the cost of collecting the goods. After taking delivery of the goods, if you wish to cancel your order, they must be returned to us in an unopened resalable condition. If any goods are not in stock, you will be contacted and can advise us if you wish to cancel, take an alternative or wait for stock. You will be sent an e-mail with written confirmation of your order when placing the order on-line.
